Process

In the washed process, the fruit is removed before the beans are soaked in water to gently ferment. After a good rinse, they’re sun-dried and sorted by hand. This process highlights bright, juicy flavors with a smooth finish.

Shipping Policy

We strive to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible! All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days to ensure you receive the freshest coffee.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it’s in their hands. The responsibility for the package transfers to you once it leaves our facility. While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost packages, or other issues after the item is shipped.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can’t find it, or if there’s any delay, please reach out to the carrier directly. They’ll have the most accurate information.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@isokocoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photo documentation of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to show on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on perishable goods (e.g., coffee), personalized items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.
